Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify clients' personal and professional development needs
Develop personalized action plans to help clients achieve their goals
Provide support and guidance to individuals in areas such as career planning, job search strategies, and skills development
Assist clients in accessing relevant resources and services
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to action plans as necessary
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and referrals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience working in a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Knowledge of career development theories and assessment tools
Familiarity with community resources and services
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £18.76
