Summary
We are looking to appoint a part-time Receptionist (Full time may be available for the right candidate) to join our existing experienced and highly motivated team. The role includes: staffing our front desk and extensive use of telephone where the successful candidate will act as initial contact for patients, managing requests, care of Dr-patient administration including appointments, processing prescriptions, arranging home visits etc.. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills gained from a busy, demanding environment, an excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure. We will be pleased to accept applications from both experienced receptionists and also, from trainees who can demonstrate previous experience working in a high tempo environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
