Summary

An excellent opportunity for an experienced, passionate administrator to join a welcoming, close-knit L&D team, within a busy organisation within the public sector. The ideal candidate will be friendly, hard-working individual who possesses strong IT skills, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Your New Role

Within your new role as L&D Administrator, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Learning & Development function, supporting the whole organisation in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Working with the HR and Communications department, you will coordinate and administer learning and development initiatives that support the organisation's values and objectives.

Working closely with the L&D Advisor, you will manage a variety of tasks including;

  • Management of the Learning Management System
  • Reporting
  • Coordination of staff training (both internal and external)
  • Inbox Management - managing staff and management queries.
  • Project Work
  • Support to the wider HR team where required.
  • Not an exhaustive list.

As the organisation are keen to offer continuous learning opportunities for their staff, there is also room for further development in areas of interest across L&D and HR.

What You Will Need

  • Experience operating within a similar capacity previously.
  • To be a respectful, open-minded, hard-working professional.
  • Strong IT skills - including Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Effective communication skills, paired with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience managing a HR/LMS system previously.
