People Services Coordinator
AASC, Warrington

Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation.

We have an opportunity for a People Services Coordinator to join our team. The key purpose of this role is to coordinate and support Line Managers through all aspects of contract specific HR tasks including (but not exhaustive) recruitment, onboarding, MyCatch Up, Viewpoint, sickness absence, probations and Reward & Recognition. To maintain MyHR systems, to include recruitment, payroll, and vetting.
Additionally, you will support in the management of Payroll, D&A testing and staff awards and events.
The team are responsible for ensuring our quality standards are met and KPI’s are achieved.This is a pivotal role in supporting the business to meet its vision of delivering a great customer experience, which drives trust, care, innovation, and pride. The People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the People Services Team, contributing to providing a high-quality service to both new employees, existing employees, and managers.

What you need to do the job:
This is an opportunity for an individual who has the ability to successfully engage and influence.
It is imperative you have great organisational skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, and prioritise own workload to meet specific timescales
Effective communication both verbal and written is key within this role.
The successful post holder must be able to lead people in the right direction and motivate others to support own activity delivery.
You must be resourceful, adaptable and good decision maker.
You must have the ability to work in a small highly motivated team in a collaborative way and to share research, information, skills and insight with colleagues . The successful post holder must have the ability to demonstrate tracking of information, managing actions and delivery of key information to critical deadlines.
Must have previous experience of administration and IT platforms.
Additionally, you must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional documentation skills, managing action plans, documenting meetings, workshops, and projects and able to effectively document change.
