The roleCustomer Service Assistant (Information Centre and Reception) 29 hours (Part Time, Term Time Only for 39 weeks) **Working 29 hours per 39 weeks per year, term time only, a degree of flexibility is required. Mon 8am – 4.30pm Tues 8am – 4.30pm Wed 12.30pm – 5.30pm Thurs 12.30pm – 4.30pm Fri 12.30pm – 4.30pm Working within the Reception team, you will provide a high quality, professional and welcoming customer service including: To be the first point of contact to the college for students, staff, visitors and contractors. To operate the very busy main college switchboard. Issue students with daily temporary and replacement ID cards. We are looking for a candidate who: Has excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a very demanding and busy Reception. Has excellent administrative, recordkeeping, organisational and IT skills. Has experience of the post-16 age group. ApplyStart Date: As soon as possible
