Summary
Colyton Grammar School has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in addition to managing the Admin Team and overseeing school admissions. The role is a busy one and we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements and who can be flexible with day-to-day duties.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main school office as Office Manager and will oversee the administration/reception team to ensure a warm welcome to visitors and others whilst operating at the highest professional standards.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills who has experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and form working relationships with students, parents and colleagues, and will enjoy working as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be warm and personable, and in addition to having excellent administrative skills, needs to have an eye for detail and forward planning. Being able to manage many different tasks while retaining complete confidentiality and discretion is essential. Candidates must have strong IT skills and be confident to work in a digital office environment.
