Summary

Ecommerce Operative (Picker)

Monday-Friday (occasionally Saturday)

08:00 am – 4:30 pm

£11.95/h

To ensure the accurate processing and packing of orders and to achieve its daily operational targets (in particular, shipped parcels), within our excellent customer service standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Picking products
• Checking parcels o Packing
• Labelling orders for dispatch
• Assist with Stock reception
• Mail-order area maintenance
• Stock delivery checks
• Order checking o Storage of stock
• Cleaning

3. Be proactive to recommend necessary improvements to processes and controls (based on 5S Audit method).

4. Offer support and cover to other teams, using Agile Team concept:

• Orders Processing
• Picking o Fulfilment
• Support operation
