Job Description: Nursery Manager

Reports to: Directors

Contract type: Permanent / Full Time / 38-40 hours

Department: Management

Key Responsibilities

Managers take full responsibility for:

· Promoting and exemplifying the purpose, mission, vision and values of the company at all times.

· Working under the direction of the directors of the company

· Ensuring excellence in early childhood education and care, which is recognised through excellent Ofsted inspection outcomes.

· Directing and supporting staff; leading and motivating the nursery team in their pursuit of excellence in all of the setting’s activities, through persuasive and passionate communication and by being a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and positive leader.

· Driving sustainable and ethical business growth in tasks relating to business and financial administration.
