We are seeking individuals to work on a variety of packages.

The hours of work will depend on the package.

Must have experience working with complex needs

Must driver and have access to own vehicle – Applications who don’t will not be considered.

    Skills and qualities required:

      • Must be 21 or over
      • Must hold a full UK Drivers Licence, with access to own vehicle
      • Must be available to work every weekend.
      • Must be available for long sits depending on customers needs
      • Experience working with individuals with Challenging behaviour.
      • Dedicated, caring, punctual and driven with a positive attitude
      • Reliability, trustworthiness, and Punctuality
      • Supporting to social and leisure and medical appointments when needed
      • The right to work in the UK
      • Experience of Lone Working.
      • Experience working with Young people with emotional difficulties/ anxiety.
      • Brain injury knowledge/experience.
      • Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
