Summary
KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Workshop Engineer for our client based in Tonbridge.
As a Workshop Engineer you will be working Monday- Friday with the working hours 07:30- 16:30.
The rate of pay as a Workshop Engineer is:
• £25,000- £30,000 per annum
Duties and responsibilities as a Workshop Engineer are:
• Using a Counterbalance FLT (training will be provided if you don’t hold a license)
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Preparing and packing pallets
• Liasing with office staff to inform despatch schedule
• Stock taking
• Quality control
• Following all company Health & Safety procedures and company policies
The ideal candidate for a Workshop Engineer would need:
• Machinery and hand tool experience
• FLT license (not essential, training can be provided)
• Ability to read from drawings to cut products and drill or fabricate according to clients’ requirements
• Previous experience in this environment
