About the Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. You will work collaboratively with a team of educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children development, maintaining a safe and clean learning environment, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.
