Summary
Clinical responsibilities Perform clinical duties such as coordinate a clinical trial clinic ad patient schedules sign off competencies for other team members Portfolio Management and Development Responsible for reviewing trial protocols and identifying resource implications for the site. Process amendments and disseminate information to relevant departments compile reports on team performance and review productivity Staff Management and Leadership Review staff allocation of clinical trials manage and co-lead a team ensuring staff well being is maintained. Personal and Professional Development take a lead in service development for the research team, directorate and the Trust. People Management and Performance ability to lead, coach and performance manage staff in line with good people management practices.
