Summary
Please refer to the attached job description for full duties of the role. The post holder will be able to work autonomously and be able to provide a high level of expert clinical management and care to patients within the speciality. They will act as a highly specialised role model for advanced practice, working closely with the multidisciplinary team and other key stakeholders. Undertake advanced clinical assessment and examination, including but not limited to: Clinical data interpretation, investigation and treatment. Resuscitation and first stage management. Diagnosis and disease management. Delivery of expert clinical interventions and treatments. Non-medical prescribing. The post holder will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team. They will be expected to sit on the junior tier medical rota and work together with the medical and nursing teams to deliver a high quality service. The post holder will be expected to cover days, nights and some weekend shifts in their job plan. There will also be dedicated allocated time for management and continuous professional development.
