Summary

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Technician’s to join our Ford dealerships in Northampton, Kettering and Daventry. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full-time working contract paying £29,2500 for 40 hours, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays and an OTE of £40,000 (which was our average earnings for a Vehicle Technician last year!)

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:


A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)


Key Responsibilities and Duties


Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
