Summary

Northern Service Scheduler - We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Northern Service Scheduler ideally from the water treatment or legionella sector, to join our team in Colchester, during an exciting time of growth.

About the role:

As the Northern Service Scheduler, you will handle general administrative duties for the service department including dealing with enquiries via telephone and email, as well as communicating with customers. You will need to have proficient IT skills and be adverse in Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365. You will chase, process and action customer Purchase order numbers and raise invoices for completed works. Attend service meetings and 1-2-1 meetings with the head of operations. As well as this, you will produce monthly service reports and weekly quoted remedial reports for the current and previous weeks.

Other key duties include:

- Operating our CRM system

- Organising and scheduling workloads for the Northern engineering team

- Arranging service and engineering visits with customers

- Organising engineer's bookings, job reports, and customer databases

- Proof checking quotes before sending to the customers

- Completing Supplier and Health and Safety Questionnaires

- Holiday cover for Scottish and Southern engineering team

This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are 8:00 am - 17:00 pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend working.

About you:

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage your time your time effectively and prioritise. The preferred candidate will be able to be proactive, take initiative, be a team player, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally and with others. You will have a motivated attitude and an interest in the water sector or legionella would be desirable.
