Summary
Our ever growing client are currently looking to add to their team! Based near Gloucester Quays, with free parking, you will work on a full time permanent basis within the Customer Services Team.
You will be responsible for processing customer order enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and efficient manner. Some previous office experience is beneficial however, as long as you hold strong customer service experience our client is happy to provide training.
Responsibilities:
-Administration of customer requests received via email and phone
-Effective monitoring and management of order, service and repair calls
-Communicating with a wide range of internal and external customers providing ETA’s and job progress
-Produce and process quotations for customers for contract renewals
-Prepare and dispatch all new and renewal service contracts in accordance with new contract process
-Provide service contract administration to managers
-Raising invoices for service customers including contracts, repairs and additional services from service engineer work order reports
-Liaise with accounts department concerning orders on credit hold
Candidate Attributes:
-Organisational skills to manage time effectively
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills both written and verbal
-Able to demonstrate use of initiative
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm
Salary: £11.59 per hour
