Artworker and Production Coordinator Vacancy

Northwest / Greater Manchester – Up to £29,000 plus profit share and great benefits

This is an office-based role located in Middleton, North Manchester.

Working as part of our Marketing Team, this important role is key in managing the studio work streams. Being accountable for the delivery of the internal and external brand material and rolling out new elements (menus, POS, drinks presentations, sales materials) with impact across our beer ranges and portfolio of pubs, inns and hotels.

JW Lees is a seventh-generation, family owned and operated business. We operate over 130 pubs, inns and hotels across the North West and North Wales and brew a wide range of beers at our Brewery in Middleton. Soon to be 200 years old, we are always looking forward, growing our estate and brewing an ever growing range of cask and keg beers.

Artworker and Production Coordinator Requirements:


A minimum of three years’ experience within a similar role.
Professional portfolio with evidence of menu design, brochures and POS.
Proficient in Adobe CS programmes, highly skilled in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and competent in Microsoft Office.
Full understanding of printing processes, effects, and materials.
Editing, After Effects (Ae) and animation skills would be advantageous.
A phenomenal eye for layout and composition.
Meticulous about detail and problem solving.


Artworker and Production Coordinator Responsibilities:


Menu, POS and digital design and production.
Applying artworks across multimedia campaigns that work offline and online.
Preparing assets to the highest specification ready for print and digital.
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Meeting deadlines and managing workload.
Obtaining best price production and processing print orders.
Accurate time scheduling and planning.
