As a Trainer/Assessor in Healthcare, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. Here's what you'll be doing:

Delivering Excellence

  • Deliver high-quality training, coaching, and mentoring to learners
  • Create engaging learning experiences that ignite curiosity and drive success.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.

Building Partnerships

  • Forge strong relationships with employers and their learners.
  • Be the bridge between industry needs and classroom learning.

Compliance Champion

  • Regularly monitor learner environments to ensure safety and adherence to policies.
  • Keep up to date with teaching, learning, and assessment regulations.
  • Champion best practices and uphold our commitment to excellence.

About You

We're looking for someone who embodies passion, expertise, and dedication.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a relevant Healthcare qualification at level 3 or above.
  • Possess or be willing to work towards an assessor qualification (within 6 months of appointment) and an IQA qualification is desirable, but not essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas, with at least one within the last 12 months: Adult Care, Adult Nursing, Mental Health, Maternity Care
