Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our Logistics client based in Portbury Docks who are looking for a Parts Administrator / Operative (Stores Environment) to join them on a long term / temp to perm basis.
Shift:
07.15 – 15.45 Monday – Friday.
Your responsibilities as a Administrator:
Responsible for the ordering and receiving of parts to the depot to meet the current and forecasted production requirements. To ensure stock is located and the stores area is kept clean and free for storage.
Ordering and issuing stock internally.
Checking computer stock levels.
Ensuring all stock is located and positioned correctly.
Answering emails & telephone queries
Completing weekly reports & relevant paperwork
Keeping the stock areas clean and tidy.
Specific training is given.
About you:
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Have experience in either Parts / Stores / Administration.
Knowledge or experience of warehousing / logistics / distribution.
Excellent Computer Skills.
Forklift licence an advantage but not essential
