Summary

Description: We are looking for a respectful and considerate facilitator trainer to join our team of like-minded individuals at Halo Staffing. This role offers the opportunity to deliver the Oliver McGowan mandatory training, playing a vital role in improving the lives of autistic people and those with learning disabilities. Full support and training will be provided, no prior experience with the Oliver McGowan training is required.

About the Role:
• Deliver high quality Oliver McGowan training to health and social care professionals
• Ensure training materials are clear and accessible to diverse audiences
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop training programs with colleagues to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of the community

You will receive full training and will be supported by others in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure those with learning disabilities receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.

What are looking from you:
• Have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting positive attitudes around learning disabilities and autism
• A friendly and professional demeanour with a passion for making a difference
• A valid driver’s licence is preferred due to travel requirements
