Summary
The Victoria Theatre hosts a wide range from comedy to live music, plays to pantomime.
We are recruiting stage door keepers to join the backstage department. This role will involve providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome for our visiting companies and artistes whilst assisting with monitoring the security and safety of the building and people. The role will include working a mixture of day-time, evening and weekend shifts, dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre.
Successful applicants will have previous experience of working in a customer facing role and have the ability to provide excellent customer service and discretion.
A pleasant disposition, commitment to high standards and the ability to work unsociable hours, sometimes at short notice will also be required.
Candidates must be able to move between different levels of the venue using stairs.
