Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Partner to join our Change and Transformation team on a full time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The role

As our Business Change Partner, you will provide and assist with the implementation of business change and transformation partnering activities to stakeholders across the Group and within local teams. You will be responsible for delivering change that has positive outcomes and makes people’s lives easier by giving them the right IT tools and processes to carry out their roles successfully which will help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

Relevant change management/project/Implementation qualification or extensive experience within change management at a senior level.
Previous experience of working in partnership with business areas to provide customer focused change management processes that help achieve business objectives.
Substantial experience of devising and managing change management processes
Experience of creating business cases and presentation at Executive Leadership Team
Proven staff management experience
Experience of facilitating and supporting organisational change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present clear and concise explanations to managers and staff at all levels.
Able to deliver change and manage multiple projects to deadlines, necessitating time management, planning and the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and deal effectively with competing demands.
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle to be able to travel between sites when required
