Summary
With a variety projects due to kick off soon, we are looking to work with local multi-skilled trades people, in and around the Rutland and Stamford area, and beyond.
Ashdown specialise in property maintenance, renovation, extensions and new build work, with our projects ranging from small instructions to complete renovations. We look to work with local businesses and trades to build long lasting trusting relationships.
To our clients, we take the same ethos, treat projects as though they are our own, giving a personalised and professional service, with outstanding results every time.
We are aiming to continue to build our team, our Ashdown family, to join us on our collective journey.
We are looking for experienced workers as well as trainees.
Our immediate jobs consist of:
fencing
decking
paving
external rendering
roofing
painting & decorating
plumbing
electrical
Responsibilities:
Senior roles to lead projects on site, liaise with our purchasing team for materials/plant, and our Director to ensure works are completed to the highest standard, on budget and on time.
We aim to make your job on site as easy as possible by suppling the required plant and materials ready to hit the ground running, whilst assisting with site set up. However, having a clean driving licence and vehicle to get to projects and collect the odd material, is essential.

We are looking for people who are experience in their fields, are hard working, of good character, respectful, tidy, with an eye for detail and takes provide in doing a job the right way and to the highest standards.
As our projects are often around families, all our workers are DBS certified.
