The Opportunity

Come and join our expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the most exciting and largest megaprojects in the UK, whilst being at the forefront of the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy. Following on from the success of Hinkley Point C (HPC), the SZC Project is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk, which has obtained planning approval and Government financing support. The project has started construction and is now seeking private investment. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, which along with renewables, will support Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reporting and Data Analytics Lead to join SZC, responsible for developing and implementing a complete reporting framework that supports the SZC governance structure, organisation and delivery model, and to ensure reporting on SZC is ‘Digital by Default’.
Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively.
The Role
You’ll take charge of Reporting and Data Analytics at SZC, overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting framework.
Additionally, you’ll lead a team to ensure digitalised reporting, utilising cutting-edge software and tools to drive productivity and efficiency.
Your role will involve strategic planning, stakeholder management, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Principal Accountabilities:

Strategic leadership and line management of Reporting and Data Analytics.
Establishment of Performance Reporting and Business Intelligence frameworks.
Ensuring SZC's position as a leader in Reporting Data Analytics within the construction industry.
Managing stakeholders from board level to project delivery teams.
Direct management of a team of 8 to 10, with functional management of up to 15 resources.
The Skills
You’ll have experience with managing reporting within large
- scale projects. Proficiency in reporting software, especially Power BI, will be invaluable. Proven leadership and stakeholder management is important, alongside excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
