Summary
As a member of the team you will provide professional leadership and direction to a skill mix team to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the 6-19 Service with Safeguarding and Children in Care. You will need excellent communication skills and a passion for public health, alongside good organisational skills, flexibility to meet the needs of the service, and ability to travel independently to meet service delivery as required. The applicant will need to demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to delegate and supervise staff, as well as the ability to recognise and escalate risk and contribute to control measures. Experience of working with children and young people with complex health and social needs in the community would be an advantage. You must possess a full UK driving license and have access to your own transport in order to meet service needs. See attached job description for full details
