Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our Hospice at Home team to provide care and support to patients with terminal illnesses, whilst also offering vital emotional support for their families As a registered nurse you would cover a combination of night shifts either by providing one to one care in patients homes or work on the Roaming Service which offers more flexible care and symptom management to patients referred to the Hospice at Home service. In return, you will have the opportunity to access a generous portfolio of training and education that will enable you to comply with NMC Revalidation. You will be able to access management support, clinical supervision, and an occupational pension scheme (NHS Pension Scheme rights are preserved). Please see the attached job description.
