Summary
This role will focus on the ICBs role in the prevention agenda, with an initial emphasis on cardio- and cerebrovascular disease, and will work alongside medically registered clinical pathway leads. They will lead on the review and redesign of clinical pathways across the Primary, Community, and Secondary Care interfaces within the Hull and ERY Places, supporting patient experience and patient access to the services to meet clinical need.
