Summary
The team is a supportive, welcoming, compassionate team who are client focussed. The team consists of, Nurses, Support workers, administrative team, Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational therapists etc The service operates 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday - closed on bank holidays. To undertake the full range of activities required to deliver ongoing comprehensive mental health assessment for service users living with dementia, living in the community and in a range of settings Please refer to the attached job description
