Summary
Role Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse you will: Be able to demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions, working within the NMC code of conduct. Assess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient needs. Act as role model, promoting a learning environment. Maintain accurate records of patient care. Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality. Person Specification Essential To be a qualified Adult Nurse with current NMC PIN. To post-registration clinical experience in a relevant specialty. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable Have post-registration experience in an outpatient setting. Have a post graduate qualification in a relevant specialty.
