Summary
About the role:
This position is a 6 month paid work experience opportunity which will focus on; working collaboratively with Children's Services staff to create and implement resources for Parents and Carers, and the updating and streamlining of the Children's Services Performance Reports.
About you:
Excellent IT skills, including specific knowledge around using Excel and other database packages.
Ability to present data in a user conscious way.
Determined, Persuasive and Enthusiastic
Excellent analytical, problem solving and creativity skills.
Be recently Educated to Degree level or be working towards this qualification in a related discipline.
Good organisational, administrative and communication skills
What you will do:
To improve Children’s Services online resources for users.
To work collaboratively with all Children’s Services staff to coordinate the creation and implementation of resources for users.
To undertake a review of performance data and how it is presented.
To apply data analysis tools to performance data and support staff to make informed decisions.
To work closely with Business Intelligence to streamline Children’s Services Performance Reporting across all Service Areas.
To quality assure data reports.
