The Role – Cleaning Operative

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaning Operative to join our onsite cleaning team at our client’s prestigious site in Deeside CH5 2LW. This is a permanent position working on a 0 hours contract.

This roles contacins varied shift on week days between this hours of 03:45 - 14:40. Weekend shifts can vary between 06:00 - 07:15 and 14:00 - 16:30.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• To provide professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on site
• Cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting,
• Cleaning toilets facilities
• Cleaning offices and meeting rooms
• Cleaning of the production areas and dining areas
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.
• Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
• Operate cleaning equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and ride-on machines in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills Required

• Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
• Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
• Experience with work to tight schedules.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
• Transport is essential.
