Summary

Join our Business Development Team!

The Role
The Bid Coordinator role helps to organise all aspects of the Via Business Development Team's work. If you have strong administrative skills, attention to detail and a teamwork ethic, this could be the role for you!

Typical activities include communication with our purchasers through online portals and emails, gathering and completing technical details for bid submissions and being part of internal meetings related to bids. This is a key role within the team.

The Team
Part of Via Central Services, the Business Development Team is responsible for maintaining existing contracts and winning new ones. It is an exciting time for the team as the bidding process for our contracts is undergoing legislative change and widening the scope of our work. The team is based remotely but will meet in person at Via sites in either London or elsewhere.
