Summary

Permanent – Full Time 37.5 Hours

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Buyer to join our team within Lovell’s North region, based at our Doncaster office.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the provision of buying services to Project Teams on one or more projects as allocated by the Regional Procurement Manager. You will ensure procurement of sub-trades/ materials in accordance with an agreed programme and within buying allowances. You will also provide support to the Regional Procurement Manager in achieving best value buying solutions generally and placing risk averse, robust packages.

You will be an experienced buyer with proven track record of successfully managing procurement workload across multiple planned maintenance programmes. Commercially aware, you will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, ideally with experience using COINS software. You will have a good understanding of Health & Safety, with knowledge of market-place levels.
