The Role
As Revenue & Groups Executive you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and maximising bookings - and customer service. This is a customer facing role, so you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and have a real drive to always deliver the best possible service. There will be an elevated level of telephone communication and an administrative element to the role as well, so you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and strong commercial awareness
