Summary


The North West London (NWL) Children and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS) Provider Collaborative (PC) is a formal partnership between West London NHS Trust (Lead Provider) and Central North and West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). We are looking to recruit to a Deputy Case Manager to assist in delivering an effective service to ensure safe and appropriate care pathways are monitored and managed foe all young people within NWL.

There will be a clear focus on monitoring and supporting the improvement of quality across North West London CAMHS secure and specialised providers. You will be expected to take a leading role in projects relating to quality assurance and will build and maintain strong relationships with providers, other commissioners and support agencies as appropriate.

You will be experienced in working within a busy healthcare setting and be adept in case management with a strong focus on quality and performance management. You will work with our case managers and carry an allocated case load, ensuring that young people are managed appropriately through the system providing support to providers in the pathway and ensuring that there is robust discharge planning in place.

You will be responsible for ensuring all appropriate systems are updated with relevant information and take a lead on CETRs planning and organisation.
