Summary

Role
Create and maintain product listings on eBay and Amazon marketplaces.
Assist the team of account managers by completing day-to-day tasks
Optimise products on all sales channels to increase sales conversions
Edit product images using Adobe Photoshop
Optimise and maintenance of product data such as Product Titles, Product Descriptions, Item Specifics, Attributes etc
Competitor and product research
Price adjustments
Creation of promotional / marketing campaigns
Dealing with client queries
Data entry into product management systems
Assisting with the on-boarding of new projects
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Administrative/data entry experience is essential
Knowledge / Interest in marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon is ideal
Experience of back office / inventory management software would be beneficial but not essential
Basic knowledge of Excel required. Advanced skills highly valued
Can-do, team-first attitude with a natural instinct to problem solve.
Ability to act both independently and in a team.
Efficient, organized, and able to juggle various tasks and changing priorities.
Pro-active, self-motivated, willing to take on new challenges and learn.
Contributes to a culture of high performance and mutual support, fostering collaboration across the organization.
Excellent communication skills with sales team, customers, support teams, and leadership teams.
