Summary

RSW are seeking an Administrator to join our Client's in the Cardiff area. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from clients and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide support to staff and visitors
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Data entry and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic office equipment operation

Hours are flexible Monday- Friday (30 hours minimum)

£12.00 p/h
