Role Description
This is a full-time Flooring Contracts Manager role based in Royston, with the flexibility to work remotely at times. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating agreements, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams reviewing contract terms and conditions and resolving any contract-related issues. Surveying, quoting, ordering and recruiting.
Qualifications
Strong contract management skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and the ability to follow installation techniques etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements relevant to a project.
Experience in the flooring industry is essential and construction or facilities management industry is a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
