Summary

Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 1-2 days per week from our office in Kemble.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Managing relationships and providing end-to-end procurement support for new and smaller existing customers
  • Maintaining customer records in the customer relationship management system
  • Ensuring accurate upkeep of sales records and key performance indicators
  • Producing and converting quotes in a timely manner, ensuring the required levels of margin are achieved
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new customer accounts
  • Working with the logistics team to ensure seamless end-to-end sales delivery
  • Communicating with suppliers for special orders when required

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Experience working in sales administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of the buying and logistical process
  • Experience with customer relationship management and quoting systems
