Key responsibilities for the Deputy Manager include:
Collaborating with the home manager to oversee the daily operations of the home
Managing the home in the absence of the Manager
Ensuring a high standard of care for the children and young people
Leading, managing, and developing individuals and the team while implementing effective quality standards
Conducting reviews and facilitating meetings
Ensuring the effective induction of all staff, along with supervision, mentorship, and assessment of trained staff
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager role will:

Possess recent experience in children's residential care as a senior/team leader or deputy manager
Hold a completed NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care for children and young people's services.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual with a proven track record in delivering the highest quality care for young people, while providing exemplary leadership and management to the staff.
