My Life Legacy was established in 2012 as a result of a group of people with disabilities and their families wanting something different to traditional types of health/social care services and wanting more choice and control over their own lives. My Life currently provides care and support to a growing number of individuals who have complex health and social care needs across the Northwest of England. Our staff are integral to the success of the charity as they are the ones making a real difference to people’s lives, in return we put significant investment in our employees.

Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Life Opportunities at Leigh, you will provide support for My Life members and families with their everyday experiences at My Life. This will be meaningful person-centred activities for all ages and abilities from art, music, dance, sports and more! Our activities take place at our site at Leigh Sports Village, with state-of-the-art facilities. Drivers are preferable.

What you'll need to Succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience of working in a similar role, working with young people and/or vulnerable adults. You will have experience with complex LD and Autism and you will be a highly motivated and inspirational individual with the ability to work with a range of people.
