All day restaurant with a fun, energetic team
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Co-Pilots Bar and Kitchen in Heathrow's Terminal 4.
As the sister restaurant to our acclaimed Pilot's Bar and Kitchen in T5, Co-Pilots Bar and Kitchen serves an eclectic Brasserie menu featuring international favourites and British specials to hundreds of guests every day.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a super floor team of 10 across Bar and Floor. The Team Leader will need to support our RM and ARM with all aspects of running the operation, ensuring Co-Pilots remains a destination in it's own right!
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will need to have proven themselves within a busy all-day dining environment - we are a fast paced, high intensity operation and sadly not for everyone. That said, if you thrive under pressure and enjoy high volume service, we'd love to hear from you! All of our current managers have progressed and been promoted during their tenure with us at the airport - a brilliant future awaits those who seek it.
