Summary
Main Purpose - Building Maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering hard services planned PPM programme to include all statutory maintenance as per legal requirement.
Engineer covering a manufacturing site in Hucknall
Respond to all reactive works as per direction from the scheduler and Maintenance Supervisor
Carry out all planned works, installations and repairs as per the current regulations.
Provide assistance when required to mechanical, plumbing and fabric reactive works, where qualified, as per requirement of the Maintenance Supervisor and the contract requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and stock control of critical Electrical /mechanical / building fabric spares.
Work to the site-specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings.
Work as part of a team to deliver the highest standards for the client.
Maintain high customer service standards, working alongside the client and the team.
Skills and Knowledge
BS 7671 – 18th Edition and relevant experience of planned and reactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications or relevant experience in plumbing, mechanical and building fabric maintenance an advantage.
Experience of utilising CAFM systems and PDA’s whilst carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Planning and organizing own workload to meet SLA targets.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment an advantage.
Clean driving licence.
