Summary

Warehouse Administrator – Uneek National Distribution Centre – Talbot Green

Salary: Depending on experience, Monday – Friday - 11am – 20:00pm, also 1 in 4 Sundays (Not in salary – extra hrs) 10am – 16.30pm.

The role is to assist the depot supervisors in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the warehouse functions, and to ensure the company's procedures and objectives are met from an administration point of view.

General Task – Overview

Stock management – Utilising investigation processes
Receiving and verifying goods – Goods In
Inventory control – stock adjustments/maintaining stock accuracy
Inputting various details onto system in a timely manner
Supporting orders – Problem-solving
Book in – incoming deliveries/Book Out – Orders for dispatch
Data input and maintaining accurate system records – administration of all warehouse functions
Communication

Liaise with stakeholders, customer services/customers, suppliers, and transport companies as and when required in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience Levels

Essential

Good IT systems knowledge (WMS) and skills including MS Office suite
Hands-on approach - when required
Working as part of a team
Desirable

Proven track record of problem solving
Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
1 years experience of working in a warehouse co-ordination role or similar
