Summary
The unit is committed to teaching/training and providing evidence-based care. Being involved in research for adolescent inpatient care will be a vital part of the role. The team offers a comprehensive induction package and training programme for all new staff including a bespoke week of adolescent mental health teaching, PBS training and a 3 day DBT skills based training.
