What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties.

Key responsibilities include:

To deliver a quality cleaning service whilst undertaking all cleaning duties, such as sweeping, hoovering, dusting, and more.

To operate cleaning equipment and using cleaning materials in line with Health and Safety requirements.

To follow up on areas of dissatisfaction, whilst providing a response to residents and staff and taking actions to prevent re-occurrences.

To use the handheld IT device to record work completed, from receiving jobs through to completion.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Experience of working in a cleaning roles with a good understanding of health and safety.

The ability to maintain consistency in standards and to provide the highest possible standard of service.

The ability to use modern communication technology and IT devices.

A full, clean driving licence

You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
