Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator to join our Voids team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out painting and decorating works and supporting the team to meet service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out a range of decorating works in occupied and empty properties, including wall papering, all types of painting, preparation works, and artexing where required.

To carry out inspections of properties to determine the extent of the repair or maintenance required, and to carry out the most cost effective, expedient works.

Carrying out administration work, using the hand held IT device and other technology to record all processes.

To liaise with customers and all other trades staff and contractors with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Suitably qualified or have demonstratable skills and experience in painting and decorating works.

An excellent understand of health and safety and how it applies to your role.

The ability to use modern technology and IT

Ability to cope with a varied workload whilst providing high standards of service.

A full, clean driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
