Summary

Registered Manager
Camden
Up to £65,000

Do you have the skills and experience to manage a great service providing care for individuals living with dementia and those who require nursing care? The home has 60 beds as in based in the heart of Camden and has strong links with the local community.

In this post you will:

• Be the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service
• Manage and motivate a great team of staff
• Manage budgets within the home
• Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
• Ensure the service complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times

You must be able to demonstrate:

• A nursing qualification with an NMC Pin
• Experience of managing a large care/nursing home
• Great management skills
• Experience of recruiting, supervising and managing staff
• The ability to manage the Service’s budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set
• Experience of providing person centered planning
• The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with relatives and friends of Service Users, employees, referring agencies, the local community and any other parties
• Experience of developing existing and new sources of referrals
