Position: Behaviour Support Team Coordinator
Location: Ferham House, Rotherham
Contract type: Full time, Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm

Rate: £25,000 per annum



As a Behaviour Support Team Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Behaviour Support Team with administration tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your eye for detail, administration and communication skills to support the Behaviour Support Team to ensure that they continue to offer the best possible service to the wider business.

About the role

As a Behaviour Support Team Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll provide administrative support to the Behaviour Support Team to help make every day better for the people we support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



maintaining accurate and confidential records
using your excellent IT skills to complete administrative tasks
coordinating training sessions, inputting data, recording training attendance and providing accurate reports
completing tasks in a timely manner
communicating effectively with the Behaviour Support Team and all other colleagues across the business
printing documentation packs and posting as appropriate to members of the Behaviour Support Team.




About you

a keen eye for detail, able to spot areas for improvement
the ability to produce periodic reports from accurate data
an approach that treats people with compassion, dignity and respect
the ability to communicate with a range of people, including those who use communication aids
a good understanding of policies, processes and regulations relevant to your role
an understanding of what ‘safeguarding’ is and know your role in supporting people to keep safe.
