Summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Yard Operative to join their team based in Aberdeen, Cairnrobin on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Tank Inspection:
• Visual inspection of helifuel and chemical tanks pre and post rental.
• Visual inspection of containers and cargo baskets pre and post rental.
Tank/ CCU Maintenance:
• Painting and refurbishment.
• Washing and cleaning.
• Tank/container components removal and fitment.
• Tank pressure testing (training will be provided).
Aviation tank farm (training will be provided):
• Filling tanks.
• Tank internal cleaning (confined space entry).
Workshop:
• Housekeeping.
• Tool control.
• HAVS control.
Yard:
• Housekeeping.
• Traffic control.
• Tank/ Units movement by forklift.
• Other general duties around yard and the premises.
Person Specification:
• Forklift (Essential)
• Physically fit (required to enter a 460mm manhole)
Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday 40 hours
